How this is computed
- The base is every verified roster seat: the person who signed the company's latest 10-K as chief financial officer, with the title as the signature block prints it.
- Each title is put in one group by the mapping below; the first rule that matches wins. The parenthetical designation, such as (Principal Financial Officer), counts only for the accounting officer and principal financial officer rules.
- Only verified records count: drafts never build. A share whose base is zero is shown as not established, never as 0%.
What the record cannot tell you
- The title is the one in the 10-K signature block on the roster's as-of date. A later change of title, or a later move, is not reflected here.
- The roster covers only the companies the roster desk has read (see the coverage page), so it is not a sample of every filer.
- The record holds the filings CFO Tribune has read and verified, not every filing made. Each figure describes that record only.
