The Site is a publication: records of chief financial officer appointments and departures, attributed quotes, interviews and analysis. It is provided for general information. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Records report what companies disclosed; quotes report what executives said. Make decisions with qualified advisers who know your facts.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's own writing, design and marks belong to the operator or its licensors. Quoted filings, releases and statements belong to their authors and are quoted briefly, with attribution and a link. You may read, link to, and quote our work with attribution and a link.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or impose unreasonable load.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to primary sources, including SEC filings and company websites. We do not control third-party sites.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the record accurate and correct errors when notified, but we do not warrant that any content is error-free or current.
