How this is computed

  • An interim move is a record whose event is interim: the filing names a person to the CFO seat on an interim or acting basis.
  • A pair is an interim move and the earliest later appointment or transition at the same company (matched by CIK) that names a CFO without the word interim in the title, filed on or after the interim filing.
  • The gap is counted in calendar days between the two filing dates. Same person means the two records name the same person, letter for letter apart from case and spacing.
  • Only verified records count: drafts never build. A share whose base is zero is shown as not established, never as 0%.

What the record cannot tell you

  • The earliest filing on the record is from June 2026, so an interim seat filled before then, or a permanent appointment not yet filed, is not paired.
  • An interim appointment with no later permanent appointment on the record may still be in place, or may have been filled in a filing the record does not yet hold.
  • The record holds the filings CFO Tribune has read and verified, not every filing made. Each figure describes that record only.
